Since 2012, the Evil League of Ecdysiasts’ Whedonism burlesque and variety tribute has showcased some of the best nerdlesque performers across the country. Whedonism celebrates the works of Joss Whedon, creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Firefly, and director of Marvel's blockbuster films The Avengers and The Avengers: Age of Ultron. Of course, as any Whedon fan knows, he seems to take evil glee in doing horrible things to his characters. In Whedonism VII: Wronged By Whedon, the evil puppet nerd overlord Joss Whedon’s crimes against his characters are brought into the light—the spotlight, that is—as we examine those crimes as told by his hapless fictional victims through the art of striptease. Will justice be served? Will wrongs be righted? Will Joss get away with all of it? Only one way to find out—be there!
